アートフレームセット「絵てぬぐい シマエナガ」
アートフレームと絵てぬぐいのギフトセットです。
アートフレームは当店で開発した特許商品。マグネット式の上下2本のフレームに挟んで吊るすだけで、簡単に手ぬぐいをタペストリーとして飾れます。フレームの表面は桜の蒔絵、裏面は無地なので、インテリアにあわせて表側も裏側もお使いいただけます。
セットされている手ぬぐいは、注染という伝統の技で熟練の職人が染めました。手染めによる鮮やかな染め色と粋な風合いが日本の文化を伝えます。
◆絵てぬぐい「シマエナガ」◆
「雪の妖精」の愛称で親しまれる野鳥「シマエナガ」をかわいらしく染め上げました。
つぶらな瞳にふわふわ・もふもふの白い羽毛、首をちょこんとかしげるかわいらしい仕草はまさに妖精そのもの。赤い木の実を付ける「ウメモドキ」の枝で、からだを寄せ合いちょっと一休み。雪だるまのように雪玉になって顔をのぞかせているコも。
雪の中に描かれているのは福寿草。花言葉は「永久の幸福」、幸せを招く縁起物の植物です。
インテリアとしてお部屋に飾れば、寒い冬もほっと温かくなるような癒し手ぬぐいです。

Art Frame Set “Tenugui:Long-tailed Tit”
This gift set includes an art frame and a hand-dyed Tenugui, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design.
The Art Frame is a patented product developed in-house, featuring two magnetic frames that easily hold the Tenugui like a tapestry. Simply sandwich the fabric between the two magnetic frames and hang it up. The front of the frame features a delicate sakura (cherry blossom) maki-e design, while the back is plain, allowing you to switch it up to match your interior style.
The Tenugui is dyed using the traditional Chusen technique by skilled artisans, with vibrant colors and a refined texture that showcase the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.
Tenugui: Long-tailed Tit
This charming tenugui features the Shima-enaga (long- tailed tit), a beloved small bird affectionately known as the “Snow Fairy”. With its round, beady eyes, fluffy white feathers, and adorable head tilt, the Shima-enaga truly looks like a tiny forest fairy. You’ll even spot some peeking out like tiny snowballs, resembling playful snowmen.
Hidden within the snowy scene is the Fukujuso (Adonis ramosa), a flower symbolizing eternal happiness. This auspicious bloom is believed to bring good fortune and joy.
Whether displayed as part of your interior decor or given as a thoughtful gift, this tenugui will bring a touch of warmth and tranquility to the chilly winter season.
